The gaming goliaths at Wizkids have been busy beavers regading their line of HeroClix products. Not content with releasing HeroClix based on Lord of the Rings and the DC HeroClix: Superman expansion Battle for Smallville, they've also announced a line of HeroClix based on the heroes and villains of the upcoming Avengers movie will hit the stores in March...

The Avengers HeroClix line is set to debut in March, with the movie upon which it sits hitting theaters on May 4th. The Avengers heroes, including Captain America and Thor, will be part of the 40 figure set, as will villains such as Red Skull and Loki. Starters will include six figures with unique dials, two maps, rulebook, dice, and reference card. Each Starter will have a code to unlock on-line HeroClix content.
Single-figure Boosters and three-figure Team Packs will also be available, with each Booster and Team Pack including an on-line code.
