  • Excellent iOS version of the deckbuilding game by Gary Games
  • Interface is very well done and plays exactly like physical version. Optimized for both iPhone and iPad.
  • Online multiplayer supports both live and asynchronous play

The iOS version of Ascension: Chronicle of the Godslayer has quickly become one of the most played games on both our iPhones and iPads. Developed in partnership with Incinerator Studios, this version is a excellent translation of the deckbuilding game by Gary Games.

The single player experience is great, with a well-designed interface that makes it clear what is going on and prompts you when you try and do something obviously wrong like end your turn without spending all your Runes or Power. The computer controlled opponents are solid and will provide a good opponent for most players. But if you are looking for a real challenge you can play games with one to three computer opponents, or play multiplayer games through Apple's Game Center.

Every gamer with an iPhone or iPad should have a copy of this.

Great Time-Sink

I've spent so many bits of free time between classes and such playing this game. I'm totally addicted.
