  • Comprehensive faction rules and profiles for a host of Mercenary units
  • All-new warcaster Drake McBain
  • A great book for fans of reading about the Iron Kingdoms in general

When the field of battle runs red, the arms-for-hire trade always flourishes. Not everyone steeped in military might and love of combat has a moral and ethical compass guiding their metaphorical sword... some just do it for the money, honey. This book, compiled to the usual Privateer Press high standard of artistry, sets things out a little differently to other tomes in the series. The units are divided into three distinct sections: Mercenaries of the Iron Kingdoms, Pirates of the Broken Coast, and the Mercenaries of Rhul. There are the tier lists, with Shae's tier and Bartolo Montador's tier as particular standouts. Overall, whether you call it arms-for-alms, swords-for-cents or weapons-for-wonga, piloting a Mercenary force has never been so rewarding.

Everyone needs a liitle UMPH in their army, and mercenaries are where you'll find it. With a HUGE selection of pirates, soldiers, villians and heroes you can choose from to accentuate the delcate structure of your faction, whatever it may be. This book is a GREAT supplement for anyone who thinks their army needs a little... Adventure.
