I feel like this is more of a handy reference book to help GM's create worlds. If you are running an adventure path than this book is a little unnecessary, but I picked it up when I wanted to make my own games and diverge from the purchased books I own. There is very little in this book specific to Pathfinder, so I would handily recommend this book to any burgeoning world-builder or GM.
